No. Files and links opened in the sandbox are sent directly to an isolated cloud environment and destroyed when the session ends. Sessions are automatically destroyed within 5 minutes of closing. CyberCheck360 does not store any file content, email body content, or attachment data from sandbox sessions. Extended sessions can be arranged with CyberCheck360 for Enterprise organisations and these still follow the same destruction policy at session close.

No. The add-in reads email metadata including sender address, headers, and links only when you open it or when it is active on a message. The email body and attachments are never sent to CyberCheck360 servers unless you explicitly submit an email for an Analyst on Demand investigation, which requires a deliberate action from you. That submission is covered by our privacy policy and handled under strict data handling procedures.

The Outlook add-in is installed from the Microsoft AppSource marketplace or deployed centrally by your IT admin via the Microsoft 365 admin centre. The Gmail add-on is installed from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Both take under two minutes. No desktop software is required and nothing is installed directly on your device.

Link Rewriting means every link in your incoming emails is replaced with a CyberCheck360 version before it reaches your inbox. When you click a rewritten link, we analyse it in real time and decide whether to let it through, show a warning, or open it in the sandbox before the destination loads. Without Link Rewriting, protection still works but requires the add-in to be open when you read the email. Some Enterprise features including Attack Surface Management, team-wide click visibility, and link exposure reports are only available when Link Rewriting is enabled. Link Rewriting is an add-on for Team (minimum 50 users) and optional for Enterprise.

Team is designed for organisations of 5 to 100 users who need shared admin controls, configurable security rules, and a team-wide view of email threats. Enterprise is for organisations with 25 or more users who need custom session allocations, dedicated sandbox infrastructure, post-delivery email quarantine, the Attack Surface Management dashboard, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager with SLA guarantees. Enterprise pricing is custom and discussed directly with our team.

Yes. CyberCheck360 works alongside Microsoft Defender, Mimecast, Proofpoint, and other email security tools. It operates at the moment of click rather than at the email gateway, so it adds a layer of protection that activates when everything else has already passed the email through. No configuration changes to your existing tools are required.

You can cancel at any time. On monthly plans, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. On annual plans, access continues until the end of the contract term. We do not offer refunds for unused periods, but by requesting immediate access at the point of purchase you acknowledge this under standard consumer terms. Your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days of account closure.
