Managing Organisations (Login Users)

A logged-in user may belong to more than one organisation within CyberCheck360. For example, the same user can have a Personal (Free or Basic) plan for individual use and also be a Member of an organisation on a Premium/Enterprise plan.

To switch between organisations:

  1. Click the Switch Organisation icon (building/grid icon) at the top of the add-on panel.
  2. The Switch Organization dialog will appear, listing all organisations associated with your account.
  3. Each entry shows the organisation name, your role (e.g., Personal, Member), and the plan identifier.
  4. Click the organisation you wish to switch to. The currently active organisation is indicated with a teal checkmark (✅).
  5. The add-on will reload under the context of the selected organisation, and available features will reflect that organisation's plan and permissions.

Example: A user may have a Personal account for individual email checks and also be a Member of a company organisation (Client B) on a higher-tier plan that grants additional sandbox sessions and full threat intelligence access. Switching to the organisation context applies the organisation's plan to all actions performed in the add-on.
